After completing this form, you will receive an email requesting documentation of any existing leases for affordable units, an outline of the project's affordable units by bedroom type, and information on financial standing. Housing providers operating under the Housing Services Act, 2011 are not required to provide this information as existing reporting will be used to evaluate these projects.”
