Personal information on this form is collected pursuant to Section 31 of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will only be used for the purpose of communicating with delegations. A delegation’s name, their organization, and their municipality may be listed on the meeting agenda. Under the Municipal Act, any personal information such as name, address, telephone number, and property location that may be included in a written submission or presentation becomes part of the public record, and may be viewed by the general public.
