Important: this rebate is for replacement of toilet flappers or flush valve seals only. Entire toilet replacements do not qualify for this program and will not be approved to receive the rebate or water fixtures. Details and criteria to qualify at www.regionofwaterloo.ca/multireswater.

It is the responsibility of the property owner to purchase and install the toilet flappers and/or flush valve seals.
Important: proof of installation of toilet flappers or flush valve seals must be provided within 6 months of application submit date. If you choose not to install the toilet flappers and/or flush valve seals, or withdraw from the program, you will either be invoiced for the cost of the fixtures or be required to return the fixtures to the Region of Waterloo.
