You have the option of having the materials mailed or picking up at 150 Frederick Street, Kitchener during office hours. If pick-up is the preferred option, we will contact you when your order is ready.

These resources are available while supplies last to shipping addresses in Waterloo Region, Canada. Your organization will not be charged for the materials or shipping costs via Canada Post. However, the Region of Waterloo has the right to limit quantities. Please allow two to three weeks for delivery by Canada Post.
